Forum Title: Sleeping Porch Ideas ?

A friend/Client recently bought an older home that has a SLEEPING PORCH on the2nd floor.He asked me for ideas on what could be used to replace the floor(which he said appears to be outdoor carpet over tar) which has to be waterproof to and interior room below. It will be 100% exposed to the elements but has to serve the purpose of a floor for use. I will be visiting the home tmrw.. any ideas what will fill this need ??? Tile? Pavers ? Thanks
